What are Starlight Deliveries?

So many children are stuck in hospitals for extended periods of time – days, weeks, and even months. Long hospital stays can often be boring and scary, especially when you’re alone in your room, feeling ill, or stuck in isolation. Starlight Deliveries are just one way Starlight helps normalize a child’s stay in a hospital and bring a smile to their face.

Starlight Deliveries allow hospitals to order the exact they need for their young patients, such as toys, games, and books, and have them delivered to the hospital. These deliveries help reduce the fear and loneliness a child experiences while they are in the hospital by creating moments that feel comfortable and familiar.

Thanks to the generosity of our corporate partners, Starlight is able to deliver these products at no cost to our network of more than 800 hospitals across the US.
